A traditional Rajasthani necklace crafted in 800-grade silver. Repoussé drops resembling paisleys or chili peppers are suspended from a chain of tightly woven links. The repoussé metal working technique creates hollow, three-dimensional drops that chime like little bells when the piece moves. Engraved floral details add a romantic touch. The choker-length necklace is finished with a hook and eye clasp on a thick plaited silver chain. Substantial and wonderfully articulated. Circa 1960.

Details.....The necklace is 15.5" long and the paisley/peppers measure 1.07" in length. In Very Good Vintage Condition, with one smooshed paisley. Small imperfections are to be expected and are considered part of the charm.
