The Reserve Pattern Collection (RPC) brings you authentic vintage styles from the private pattern collection of Decades of Style Pattern Company. Patterns are in single sizes. NINE sizes available from 36" bust/39" hip to 52" bust/55" hip. You must select your size!!

Pattern D02 is a glamorous 1930s full-length version of a walkaway dress. It is a one-piece wrap dress (can be split to add a shoulder seam to accommodate one-way prints or fabric with nap) where front skirt pieces wrap to the back underneath the back; back wraps around over the front secures at the center front waist with a self-fabric sash or purchased buckle. “Hostess gown” has optional train and 2 sleeve options.

The “sewing” part of this pattern is mostly finishing the edges. The difficulty level depends on your fabric choice. The more uncooperative your fabric, the more skill needed.

Choose size with bust measurement for B cup bra size. Large C cup and bigger cup size, use high bust measurement (you will need to do a full bust adjustment.) This pattern also depends on your hip measurement to get the right fit on the lower half of the garment (but adding extra to the skirt section is straight forward though).

Modern yardages not provided. You will need to determine your own yardages and cutting layouts just as you would if working from an original vintage pattern. (You will need at least twice the length from your shoulder seam to the floor.)

This is a PDF pattern! Pattern includes "Print At Home" (PAH) files for LETTER and A4 paper (50-69 pages.) A copy shop file is included for A0 paper (4 pages) and is easy to have printed somewhere like Bolt Fabric Boutique ( ).
